 After the connection between bbackupd and bbackupquery times out, the user
 gets a cryptic error message and is left with a program that has no
 functionality.

 Improvements (in order of preference):
 * Keep connection alive
 * Reconnect automatically
 * Have a "connect" command that lets the user re-connect manually
 * Improve the error message and explain to the user that he has to
 relaunch bbackupquery
 * Close program on loss of connectivity
