[Box Backup-dev] A new problem with diffing large files?

I have been testing various builds with respect to SSL and KeepAlive() for some time now, and just
ran into a new problem. I think this is a new problem, since it happens under Cygwin 0.9-mod, the
distribution I put together w/KeepAlive() in the first place. Here is the log:
