[Box Backup-dev] A new problem with diffing large files?

I ran all previoud boxbackup-0.09_plus2_r* builds with 0.9, and it worked fine (with the exception
of large files). Chris, can you confirm this? I would rather not mess with my production server,
if I can help it.
