Is that still the current position?
I'm just wondering what's wrong with SetFileAttributes
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en-us/fileio/fs/setfileattributes.asp)
and SetFileTime
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en-us/sysinfo/base/setfiletime.asp).
Am I missing something obvious or subtle?
