[Box Backup-dev] building on win32

Can't remember from memory I would have to check out the script I wrote
which I haven't here at the mo. I know it would install on a clean
windows 2000 though.

Does that include the size of the redistributable component with=20
msvcr70.dll, or were you assuming that that file would already be
present=20
on the machine where Box would be installed?

mscvr80.dll is not present on most Windows machines (yet), so the=20
redistributable is required... and it's huge.
