This is the bug I reported on the 24th - the bbackupd test wasn't
resetting file permissions properly.
The easiest way to fix it is to chmod 0777 /tmp/bitten* && rm -rf
/tmp/bitten*.
Chris fixed this, so recent builds should no longer be doing this.
