[Box Backup] System Backups?

Sounds OK, but having one system means that system changes get
incorporated into the data backups, without having to carfully define what
system data can change to go along with BoxBackup.

Since BoxBackup is primarily a backup Engine, maybe Mondo could be set
up to work together with BoxBackup.
