[Box Backup] windows binaries

I am working on it.  I have the BoxBackup client working on Windows 2000
*without* a Cygwin installation (using a few of the Cygwin dll files).  It
is a little bit of a hack right now, but I should be able to publish a
documented version in a day or two.
