[Box Backup] Win2 client latest version

I installed and signed the it but it seems the service won't start. If I 
start it by hand it tells me it has startet and stoped again due to 
nothing to do. How can I prevent this?
I know it is more a windows problem but I don't know where to find some 
help so I think somebody here could have had the same problem.
