[Box Backup] Windows service starts and immediately stops.

Indeed it should. Unfortunately this error message is not very useful. 
Immediately before it, in the Event Viewer, there should have been another 
error message that lists the file it was trying to open, and the reason 
for failure. Can you have a look to see if you can see any such error?
