Predicting the future is a dangerous game. And somebody needs to =20
actually write 0.20. :)

Still, I think it's very likely the store format will change for 0.20, =20
as and when it is written. Maybe it will automatically upgrade the =20
format from 0.10 to 0.20, but not back again. But don't bet on it. =20
Maybe there will be a separate tool to do that.
