Client connects far too often (Was: Re: [Box Backup] Windows service starts and immediately stops.)

Chris,

I have just come across a problem.

On one of my 4 Windows 2000 machines (this one Windows 2000 terminal),
the client connects to the server far more often than configured.

It's configured for every hour - in practice it goes about every 2 minutes.

Each of those connections seems to work without problems:
