[Box Backup] Uploading large files

Hi Cris.

My problem is not backing up big files, but backing up a lot of files. The files combined take up
1TB+ of space. If there are no new files in the file hierarchy, boxbackup will time out. I have
solved it (workaround) by creating hidden files in the hierarchy on a daily basis (cron).

I was not able to compile your version of BB on my OS X client.
