[Box Backup] Segmentation Fault

I use an installer called Setup2go which works really well and is quite
easy to use, it can run pre and post install tasks.
Currently the way I get round the hard coded path is to put the conf file
on C regardless. But I agree its messy. Can we not use an environment 
variable,
or a registry key, Setup2go will do registry edits.
