[Box Backup] Setup Help on Linux

First of all, apologies for the delay in replying. Due to a problem with 
our mailing list server, I only just received your email.

This appears to imply that the server is not listening on port 2201. It 
could also be that a firewall (on the client, server, or somewhere 
inbetween) is blocking the outgoing connection.

You can telnet into it (telnet 192.168.2.50 2201) and you can also use the 
netstat command to show all listening sockets, which should include 
either 192.168.2.50:2201 or 0.0.0.0:2201.

If you can't connect with telnet from the client, try on the server 
itself, and from machines on the same network as it, to help isolate the 
problem.
