Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. I'm trying to reproduce the 
problem by writing a unit test for the correct behaviour. Unfortunately 
it's taking a long time, as this is a difficult test to write and I 
haven't yet put enough effort into it.

Please be assured that I am working on it and I fully intend to resolve 
this issue before releasing the next 0.11 release candidate. However, it 
may take another couple of weeks. If you need a workaround in the mean 
time, let me know and I'll do my best to find you one quickly.

To all: this means that the next release candidate will now be due on the 
14th March. Apologies for the delay.
