[Box Backup] Long delay between sending files

Hi

I am getting a delay of just over 4 minutes between send files from 
client to server.
I have tried altering the KeepAliveTime but it makes very little difference.

With Verbose logging on between

"Sent end of stream byte" and "Receive Success (0xnnn)"
I get a delay of just over 4 minutes

I have updated both client and server to rc8 from rc2 and the same happens.

The problem may be that both client and server are running as VMs on the 
same box.
So there is very little delay between them.
