[Box Backup] "WARNING: Found conflicting parent ID for file ID"

I'm seeing the following on my (Ubuntu 10.04) client using the Ubuntu
package of boxbackup-client:

I'm wondering if I need to be concerned about this. I found this thread:

but it never quite got to the point of explaining the above (unless
I'm missing something).
The set of files that I get a warning on changes from run to run.
Here's what `stat` says about the above files:
