[Box Backup] Logging housekeeping activities

Hi

Is there any way of increasing the information given out by the
housekeeping process? My housekeeping seems to take a long time and I
think I should increase the time between housekeeping.

I wonder if this is related to the fact the backup files are on an NFS
store. there was an issue with speed of writing to the store which Chris
fixed some time ago.
