Has housekeeping run on this account? When it runs, does it finish? It 
should have brought the account down below the softlimit.

If you can, please try the very latest code from trunk which allows you to 
run housekeeping manually from the command line with bbstoreaccounts.

Yes. 120 minutes is not much actual work for 6 elapsed days. It must be 
spending all its time in I/O. You could check that the NFS filesystem is 
mounted with the async option. Box Backup is also not very efficient on 
NFS because it does a lot of small operations. Especially for full-store 
tasks like check and housekeeping. You might want to run those on the NFS 
server instead.
