Great: this seems to work just fine.

For people interested in using that feature, starting with R3088 the
SyncAllowScript can now return a "now BW" to initiate a backup where BW
is the number of bytes/second that will be used to dynamically overwrite
the MaxUploadRate from bbackupd.conf.

Example: SyncAllowScript returns/outputs "now 20000" which will make
bbackupd transfer around 20000 bytes/second, independent of your setting
for MaxUploadRate in bbackupd.conf. This enables us to have a test for
available bandwidth before every backup run to avoid clogging the
upstream connection (e.g. with a slow DSL or UMTS connection).
