That just means that the file was not modified since the last run, so it's 
not being uploaded again. The message is only intended to help diagnose 
cases where a file is not being uploaded when it should be, because it has 
changed.

The only way to be sure that all your files are backed up is to run a full 
compare regularly, which we strongly recommend.
