[Box Backup] CentOS 6 - some root owned files not backed up from /etc/

Sorry for the delay in replying. It sounds like a bug. Please could you 
add "LogAllFileAccess = yes" to bbackupd.conf and rerun, and tell me what 
it says about the files and directories that are not backed up?
